24-year-old woman found; phone last used in South Jersey

HACKETTSTOWN — A 24-year-old North Jersey woman whose phone was last used in South Jersey has been found.

Hackettstown Police posted late Tuesday afternoon Kelsey R. Cassone of Hackettstown was located safe but offered no details.

She was last heard from on Monday night around 8 p.m. and a call was last made from her phone in Mansfield at 8:53 p.m. The New Jersey Turnpike and Route 295 both pass through Mansfield. She was last driving a 2016 Black four-door Honda Civic with New Jersey license plate A94GUT.
