Yogurt

ABC News has reported on research done by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology that shows that eating probiotics (commonly known as yogurt) regularly can help to reduce obesity.

For the test, the researchers fed one group of mice regular mouse food and other group the same food with an additional helping of yogurt.  The benefits seen in the yogurt-eating group were very apparent.  Researcher Susan Erdman:

One of the first things we noticed was their fur coat...  It was so thick and shiny; shockingly shiny...  You know when someone’s at the top of their game, how they carry themselves differently? Well, imagine that in a mouse

In addition to the physical changes seen in the mice, there were also significant enhancements to their sex drive and fertility.

As if there wasn't enough reason to eat yogurt, this study seems to prove that it should be a part of everyone's daily diet!

Do You Enjoy Yogurt?

Even though yogurt is healthy and delicious, some people (like Bob) just can't bring themselves to eat it.  Do you eat yogurt?  Will you be giving it a try after seeing these results?
