Record Setting Meet of Champions

I’m not much of a track and field guy, not because I don’t admire the athletic talents of the competitors but because it’s not a great spectator sport.
With that said I attended Wednesday’s NJSIAA Meet of Champions for two reasons, it was nearby at Central Regional High School and I wanted to see Donovan Catholic’s Alyssa Wilson perform in person. I was not disappointed.

Muhammad Ali: The Greatest of All Time

How to Get Along on the Beach

With Memorial Day having come and gone I know many of you are wondering when I will once again reveal my “Ten Commandments of the Beach.” It’s an annual tradition that is as much a part of summer as ice cream, running through sprinklers and strolling the boardwalk.
