Brick Township public works crews keep their jobs…for now.

The Township Council restored the eight cents in the municipal tax that Mayor Steve Acropolis proposed cutting – which would have dismantled the department.

The state Department Of Community Affairs has given the township until May 11th to either enact or discard a layoff plan
