The fourth-degree count was filed Tuesday against Benjamin Kuklo, 52, based on the alleged victim's statements to police following her job interview at Bennie's Diner on Mantoloking Road.

According to police, the 16-year-old said that Kuklo touched her inappropriately during their discussion. He posted $2,500 full bail and was released after processing.

Authorities ask anyone aware of similar inappropriate encounters with Kuklo, or anyone at Bennie's Diner, to speak with Detective Schinder, 732-262-1120.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
