Rashon A. Causey, 38, is being held on a full $1,050,000 bail in connection with the death of Shanai Marshall, according to information from the office of Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi. He was given his first court appearance today.

Causey had been classified as a fugitive until apprehension Wednesday night in a dwelling on Elm Avenue in Burlington City.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
