Sandy-stricken towns eligible for extra aid – if they apply and qualify

We're nearing the four-year anniversary of Superstorm Sandy in New Jersey and many across the state are still recovering and rebuilding. On Friday Governor Chris Christie announced at the East Dover Fire Company in Toms River, towns may apply for a reimbursement of funds they used to recover from the storm.
