Walt Disney Company is expected to announce today that they will be pulling all junk food advertising from their TV, radio and online programming, but have they gone too far?

The announcement will supposedly be made public today when Disney Chief Executive Bob Iger and first lady Michele Obama are set to speak in Washington D.C.

The junk food ad ban comes amid growing concerns over the American obesity epidemic and its impact on our nation’s children, however this move has already raised a number of concerns about Disney’s (or any other private company’s) place in the issue.
