Sanders' campaign website said doors will open at the Historic Adrian Phillips Ballroom at 7:30 a.m. Monday. The rally, called "A Future to Believe in," is free and open to all, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged and guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking information is available on the Boardwalk Hall website. Sanders' team said carpooling to the event is encouraged.

According to a Rutgers-Eagleton Poll released last month, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continues to lead Sanders in New Jersey. But for the first time, the Vermont senator has closed the gap to single digits: 51 percent for Clinton and 42 percent for Sanders.
