Donald Trump has offered President Obama $5million for the charity of his choice in exchange for his college and passport records.

Calling Obama the "least transparent (President) in the history of the country," Trump says we know "very little about our President" and that people have very "serious questions" about him.

Trump says if Obama releases his college transcripts and passport applications, he will release a check for $5million within an hour pending an inspection by 5PM on Wednesday, October 31.

If Barack Obama opens up and gives his college records and applications ... and if he gives his passport applications and records I will give to a charity of his choice -- Inner City Children of Chicago, American Cancer Society, AIDS Research ... a check immediately for 5 million dollars."

"If he releases these records, it will end the question and indeed the anger of many Americans ... they'll know something about their president ... their President will become transparent ... like other Presidents " said Trump in a video released on his Facebook page, and @reaDonaldTrump Twitter account.
Obama attended Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School but has never made those records public. Detractors of the President believe that Obama at some point received a scholarship earmarked for foreign students which would prove he is not an American citizen, another long held belief.
In 2011, after Trump became the unofficial spokesman for the "birther" movement, Obama released his birth certificate to prove he was born in Hawaii.
Besides, Trump believes Obama was a poor student. "The word is, according to what I’ve read," said Trump, "that he was a terrible student when he went to Occidental. He then gets into Columbia; he then gets to Harvard. ... How do you get into Harvard if you’re not a good student? Now maybe that's right or maybe it’s wrong, but I don't know why he doesn’t release his records," he told the Los Angeles Times.

TRUMP TEASED THE ANNOUNCEMENT

Trump said earlier the guesses about his self-described big announcement are incorrect.

"All predictions re: my 12 o'clock release are totally incorrect. Stay tuned!" tweeted Trump on Wednesday morning on his @reaDonaldTrump Twitter account.

Trump had predicted  announcement will have an effect on the Presidential election with less than 2 weeks until Election Day.

“Tomorrow I will be tweeting on only one subject,” Trump tweeted to his 1.6 million Twitter followers just after 2PM on Tuesday. He wrote on his Facebook page, "This is not a media event or about Donald J. Trump--- this is about the United States of America. I will be making the announcement on Facebook and Twitter tomorrow."

Speculation ran rampant, ranging from more information about President Obama's birthplace and involvement with drugs  to divorce papers he and Michelle had drawn up years ago.
