Marianne found this light, healthy and protein filled on-the-go snack and/or breakfast on Facebook.

All it is eggs and veggies and so delicious!

5 whole eggs

10 egg whites

Any kind of diced up vegetables you would like. Marianne used peppers and onions but you can use whatever you enjoy.

You can also add in meats and cheese.  Its a recipe that you can play with and change around to your liking.
