Robert J. Ianuale, 32, of Hazlet, is also accused of offering $100 to any online viewer who would sexually assault a 25-year-old New York City woman near her place of employment, and stream it live, according to acting County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Ianuale faces first-degree counts of child endangerment by causing or permitting a child to engage in pornography, promoting prostitution of a minor, and use of a juvenile to commit a crime.

Investigators also two child endangerment counts in the second degree for distribution of child pornography, and in the third degree for possession of child pornography.

The charges are rounded out with third-degree counts of financial facilitation of a criminal activity and luring or enticing an adult.

"Profiting off of the sexual abuse of juveniles is intolerable," Gramiccioni said. "We cannot allow innocent children to fall prey to online abusers and predators seeking to line their pockets through the sexual exploitation of their victims. We will prosecute all such defendants to the fullest extent of the law."

According to Gramiccioni, a 14-year-old girl from Maryland and another, the same age, from Middlesex County, were identified as victims by his investigators and detectives from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

His bail was set at $450,000, cash only, and he was sent tot he Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold Township.

Inuale was ordered to have no contact with alleged victims. A bail hearing is required before he would be permitted to post the amount.

His brother, Phlip Ianuale, 30, faces a fourth-degree obstruction count, a third-degree charge of resisting arrest and disorderly persons charges for drug possession.

Ianuale allegedly charged online viewers to watch the minors engage in salacious activity, then pay them a percentage of what he collected.

They believe that there might be more victims. Anyone aware of similar activity on Swervecast is urged to call Detective John Sosodian, 732-431-7160, ext. 6592.

Investigators allege that the sex-attack offer was floated during an online broadcast in May 2015.

He was arrested at home by county authorities along with members of Homeland Security, the NJ State Police Digital Technology Investigations Unit and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Freehold Township and Hazlet police, the Monmouth Sheriff's Office, Monmouth SPCA and Hazlet Animal Control.

Each first-degree count carries a possible prison term of up to 20 years on conviction, with a stipulation to serve at least 85 percent of the sentence before parole consideration under the No Early Release Act.

A conviction would also subject Inuale to terms of Megan's Law, and would invoke lifetime parole supervision.
