Gabrielle Hillman, of Belmar Found Dead At Pennsylvania College

A student from Belmar was found dead in her dorm room Monday at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

The college and police continue their investigation into the death  of 21-year-old Gabrielle Hillman from Belmar, discovered in her dorm by her roommate at the Bucks County college on Monday afternoon according to WCAU TV.

"At this time the circumstances of the death are under investigation and this is a police matter," posted the college on its website.  "The situation indicates this to be an isolated incident and there is no danger to our college community."

"The entire Delaware Valley College community is deeply saddened by this news. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Gabrielle’s family and friends," read the college's statement.

District Attorney David Heckler tells WPVI TV  that there is no sign of trauma and there is no reason to believe that this incident is criminal in nature.
