Helpful Hints – How To Cut Bell Peppers, Portion Your Pasta & More
Marianne has some great Helpful Hints for leftover food:
- How to cut a bell pepper – In half, slice off the bottom half of the pepper leaving the top in tact; this will allow the excess pepper to stay fresher longer
- The perfect way to reheat meat – put in metal pan & cover with lettuce; broil for 2 minutes
- Portion your pasta – measure pasta using an empty spice jar with 1 inch diameter; this is a perfect portion for 2 people
