It's July 21st and that means it's National Junk Food Day! Which also means.... Ring Dings, Ho Ho's, Ding Dongs, Mallomars, Oreo's, Lay's potato chips, Frito's, Ben and Jerry's and MY favorite, Chocodiles (a chocolate covered Twinkie). So pick your poison! Whats it going to be today?

Although I must admit, everyday is a Junk Food Day for me. Don't get me wrong, I do eat healthy! I love my salads, veggies and chicken! But I ALWAYS save room for what I call a 'taste changer' and yes that's my excuse! I need the taste of sugar on my tongue, I've been like that since I was a child. I would go out to dinner and what's the first thing I look at? YUP, the desserts! And then, I will decide on dinner. But, seriously ask anyone who's gone out with me, I always save room for dessert.

So since it is National Junk Food Day let's celebrate! And, if you are feeling "guilty" about the extra calories go for the Carrot Cake! Because that's healthy, right?
