Are you going to be one of the millions of people worldwide who use their New Year's resolution to kick off their diet? If you are, I'm rooting for you, but according to some experte, the numbers are not with you.

Some experts say that nearly 80% of all resolutions fail by February, so if you want to drop the weight, you're going to have to hold on tight to that resolution and stay focused, while most people around you are giving up on it.

That certainly doesn't mean you can't do it. We all live close enought to the shore to use the bathing suit factor as incentive. How many times have we all attempted to get into shape before summer and just didn't have enough time. At least if we start now, we know we'll have enough time.

So, if losing weight is your top resolution this year, I wish you all the best. You can do it! But please try to do it in the healthiest way possible!
