Acting on information from Seaside Park, police arrested Qualeik Williams, 21, at his Nathan Avenue dwelling. Police said he was the subject of a $2,500 warrant for allegedly taking a rental car without the owner's consent.

While at the house, investigators determined that three others had outstanding warrants. Fuquan J. Jones, 23, and Tyquan O. Jones, 21, each were wanted on $500 contempt warrants issued in Brick Township, police said.

Xzenaisya Carrasquillo, according to authorities, was the subject of four warrants from several communities, totalling $4,750.

All four were processed at Manchester police headquarters. Three were released after posting bail. Carrasquillo was sent to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in default of bail.

Arresting officers were Detective Sergeant Christopher Hemhauser, Sergeant Michael Leming, and Patrolmen Anthony Iliadis, Adam Carey, and Ian Bole.
