Gary Wolchesky, 28, of Middletown, was found guilty Friday on 21 counts related to the sexual abuse of the four boys after he allegedly used his X-Box between 2008 and 2009 to befriend the boys aged 10-15 years old and asked for nude pictures.

Of the 21 sexual abuse related charges Wolchesky faces include two counts of first degree Aggravated Sexual Assault and four counts of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Manufacturing Child Pornography and could face more than 61 years in state prison after sentencing scheduled for March 3, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office.

Wolchesky also allegedly asked the boys to masturbate and penetrate themselves, while saving pictures on the X-Box for a few days, videotape himself opening them and save the video file to a computer hard drive.

The Prosecutors office also adds that he allegedly engaged in a video chat with one of the boys and "convinced" him to take off his clothes.

The guilty verdict comes years following multiple delays in the trial where Wolchesky filed motions contesting the case, a Prosecutors spokesman said.

At the trial Friday, the then four boys now full grown men came in from North Carolina, Florida and Massachusetts to New Jersey and testify against Wolchesky who was acting as his own attorney and said all the boys consented to the conduct and he never asked them to penetrate themselves.

He also argued "he was merely acting out of civil disobedience to advance the cause of pedophilia."

Wolchesky was convicted on all 21 counts the jury was asked to decide on.
