Convictions for child endangerment would place DePue in line for prison terms of five to 10 years each, lifetime parole supervision with a minimum of 15 years, and adherence to provisions of Megan's Law.

Conviction for the sexual assault charge carries a possible 10 year prison term, lifetime parole, and Megan's Law requirements.

The criminal sexual contact charge has an 18-month possible sentence on conviction.
