There's no denying it in every profession there's a bad apple. That bad apple can make the whole bushel seem rotten. And it seems, well, not seems, it's fact that cops have been in the news lately and not for the "good" that they do.

Most recently, Officer Michael Slager, 33, South Carolina was captured on video shooting an unarmed suspect, not once but eight times in the back as he was running away claiming the suspect grabbed his taser and fled reports Fox News:

What is going on? Every time you listen to the news there is a cop somewhere, either verbally abusing, using unusual force or even shooting suspects unnecessarily. Is it because with so much violence in the world they are in fear of their lives? Or maybe there is just so much pressure that goes along with the job?

What I do know is that I was brought up to respect Law Enforcement. When they tell you to do something you do it. My heart breaks for all the "good ones" out there because they are the ones that will be taking the wrath for the "bad ones".

These men and women get to work, put on that badge, and their day begins. They will never know how it's going to end. Personally, I want to say, I appreciate all they do, from rescuing a baby bunny, (LOL) to bringing down the "bad guy"!

God Bless you all and may Saint Michael have your back at all times!
