Security is calling the largest federal online child exploitation investigations in history. NJ.com reports that 27-year-old Stanley Zdon III of Tuckerton was charged as part of Operation Round Table which uncovered the ring operating the child porn website on the Tor network.

DHS officials said the child pornography ring involved over 251 underage victims, from 39 states and five foreign countries. Many of them,13 to 15 year old boys who were lured by the website's operators to share sexually explicit web cam images of themselves. Officials say the site had more than 2,000 videos and over 27,000 members.

Zdon is being charged with Conspiracy to Produce Child Pornography in the Eastern District of Louisiana.
