It runs from 10 AM until 2 PM, in its Child Development Center, 1 College Drive, Building 40.

In Eatontown, the Affordable Housing Alliance brings realtors, lenders, home insurance agents and related professionals to the Eatontown Recreation Center, 68 Broad Street, from 3 PM until 7 PM.

FEMA registration is not required for assistance through the non-profit Sandy Housing Counseling Agencies, which supply free housing guidance for Sandy-impacted renters and owners living in any of New Jersey's nine counties designated by the federal government as most impacted.

"The planned outreach activities show that our Housing Counseling Agencies are still hard at work assisting low- to moderate-income families impacted by Superstorm Sandy," said New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Commissioner Charles A. Richman in a prepared comment.

Housing counseling is certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and is developed to meet individual circumstances.

Counseling can cover foreclosure and homelessness prevention, mortgages, rent guidance, budgeting, and consultation before and after home purchase.
