A suspicious envelope in Lakewood turns out to be full of soil and non-hazardous materials.

A hazmat team was called in yesterday afternoon after a resident received it and brought it to police headquarters around 4 p.m. according to TheLakewoodScoop.com.

A preliminary investigation showed the envelope contained soil and other substances which don’t appear to be hazardous.
