With the upcoming Gentlemen of the Road Music Festival in Seaside Heights this weekend it got me to thinking about my first and only concert.

I'm sitting on the couch with the puppies and watching "Everybody Loves Raymond." Its the episode when they went to Italy and it looked so beautiful and I'm thinking, wow I wish I was there.

I don't know why but all my conversations turn into 1 of 2 topics; dogs or food. This morning with Kevin Williams it was food, it started off with baseball which lead to as American as apple pie. Which lead to, do you like apple pie?

I always liked bike riding so a couple of years ago I bought myself a beach cruiser.  I haven't ridden in so long that I practiced going around the neighborhood and after a few laps I kept wondering why can't I handle this bike?

If you suffer from Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia you may not want to watch this. Today kicks off the 88th Scripps National Spelling Bee where 285 children will be competing to see who is the best speller. They come from all 50 states, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Canada, China, Ghana, Jamaica, Japan and South Korea.
