Teacher from Evesham charged in child pornography probe
A Cumberland Regional High School biology teacher from Evesham is charged with child endangerment for allegedly uploading pornographic images of children to an online cloud service.
David L. Rodriguez, 52, faces one third-degree endangerment charge, according to the office of Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi.
He was taken into custody today and placed in the Burlington County Jail on bail of $15,000. His initial appearance is scheduled for Thursday in Burlington County Superior Court.
Investigators contend that Rodriguez uploaded images and videos involving pre-pubescent girls and boys under consent age engaging in sexual activity.
The probe was undertaken by the Burlington County Prosecutor's High-Tech Crimes unit, the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office, Evesham Police, and the New Jersey State Police Digital Technology Investigations Unit.
