Christopher Kaleda was arrested Tuesday morning at his Broad Street address, and charged with attempted criminal sexual contact, child endangerment and distribution of obscene mateirals to a minor, according to the office of Ocean County Prosecuctor Joseph D. Coronato.

Kaleda was placed in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, with bail set at $30,000. He was not given an option of paying 10 percent for release, and was ordered to avoid all contact with the victim, under terms of Nicole's Law.

Investigators said Kaleda and the teen know each other, and that Beachwood police alerted the county High Tect Crime unit to conversations that they deemed inappropriate.

Authorities did not indicate whether the interactions were confined to the Internet, or whether Kaleda had retained an attorney.
