Daniel Roy Plummer was arrested Tuesday, June 16, and charged with three counts of sexual assault and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to information from the office of Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato.

Toms River police and county investigators say that the four allleged victims were girls. They believe that Plummer was acquainted with all of them at the time of the incidents. He was apprehended at his place of work, authorities said.

Additional information from Toms River police indicates that local officers bearing warrants seized computers and a cell phone from his home and a storage unit in the township

Plummer's bail was set at $250,000, with no option for release on payment of 10 percent. Ocean County Superior Court Judge Wendel Daniels also invoked Nicole's Law, and ordered him to refrain from contact with the alleged victims.
