Toms River Police Arrest 3 Men On Drug and Weapons Charges

Toms River Police have arrested three Perth Amboy men after they allegedly displayed what looked like a firearm from their car Saturday night.

A witness spotted the weapon and notified police.The three men were stopped on Bay Boulevard and Sumner Avenue in Seaside Heights.

Police say they recovered an unspecified Airsoft pistol and several bags of marijuana.

The men in the car, Evander Cruz, Juery Diaz and Brian Altomnte were all charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Cruz and Diaz were also charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
