Toms River teen’s family pleads for her to return home

The family of a Toms River 16-year-old, distraught with concerns about her safety since she left home the night of September 11, reaches out to bring her back.

Isabelle "Belle" Lavender's close relatives believe that she is in the South Brunswick area. They say that she was spotted in Manalapan on Tuesday night, September 13, and also in a CVS on Route 27 in Kendall Park.

She stands 5'4" in height, weighs 140 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and shorts.
