Vicari Says Mild Winter Helps Budget [AUDIO]

Ocean County Freeholder Joe Vicari was a guest on Sunday’s Topic A and answered a variety of questions from listeners and guest host Kevin Williams.

When asked about the mild winter the county Vicari says the money not used for snow plowing will prevent the Freeholders from falling into a situation where they have to scramble in the future.
