The winning numbers are: 6, 27, 46, 51 and 56. The Powerball drawn was 21.

The Powerball website reports a single winning ticket sold in Michigan. The cash option is $213 million.

The Michigan Lottery says the ticket was sold in Lapeer, about 45 miles north of Detroit. There wasn’t immediate word about the buyer’s identity.

A person who answered the phone Thursday morning at the market and Sunoco station said he was too busy to talk. But Tony Odish, who owns the market, tells The Flint Journal “everybody’s here.” The Michigan Lottery says his business will get a $50,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

There was one ticket sold in New Jersey worth $1million for matching all 5 numbers except for the Powerball.  173,757 tickets sold in New Jersey won a smaller prize,  most of which matched just the winning Powerball number good for a free ticket.

No lottery players had matched all the winning numbers during the past seven weeks.
