Helpful Hints – Preparing Cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day
Marianne has some fantastic Helpful Hints for St. Patrick’s Day:
Prepare cabbage with minimal scent:
- Turn cabbage upside down and hit core on counter to loosen stem and pull out; use stainless steel knife to cut
- Wash cabbage thoroughly with white vinegar and lemon juice
