Stafford man falls through attic floor, flown to hospital

A Stafford Township man suffered a head laceration and back pain after falling through the ceiling of a detached garage while storing items in an attic on Atlantis Avenue in the Ocean Acres section Sunday night, according to police.

The unidentified man fell about 12 feet to the concrete garage floor and briefly lost consciousness, according to authorities.

The victim was transported to Southern Ocean Medical Center and then flown by helicopter to Atlantic City Trauma Center for treatment.
