The TD Bank depositor discovered the transactions on August 3, police said. Detective Roger Hull traced the withdrawals to a branch of the bank in the upstate city on May 21.

Police have not ruled out the possibility that the suspect might be a shore dweller who conducted the transactions while upstate for separate reasons.
If you recognized the woman in the photos, you’re urged to contact Hull through the Toms River Police Facebook page or at 732-349-0150, extension 1291.
