Retesting Older Drivers?

I checked out this report this week and I have some thoughts.

ANY driver at ANY age can be a hazard on the road but we all know that as we get older some of our faculties start to decline ... reaction time, hearing , vision, etc.

I am all for mandatory testing and yes when it comes to MY time I will not put up a fuss (yes, I hear you, 'but Marianne, you say that now!')

My feeling is that it's enough that we have too many irresponsible drivers on the road by their own choice (texting, talking on the phone, etc.,) as opposed to just aging where we have no control over what our body is doing, so we should institute testing.
